India The Cookbook

For the last 3 weeks I've been cooking and styling around 170 recipes for Phaidon Publishing's India book.  The dishes have been photographed at Spice Monkey HQ by Andy Sewell, who photographed Phaidon's French best seller "I know How To Cook."
